I am a 2nd year doctoral student in Personality Psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

My research addresses the causes and consequences of lifespan personality development, especially in the domains of self-regulation and identity.

I have used a wide variety of data and methods to understand personality development, such as multi-year panel surveys, intensive experience sampling data, and life narrative interview data.

Prior to joining UIUC to work with Brent Roberts, I worked as a post-baccalaureate researcher at Purdue University with Louis Tay. I received my B.A. in Psychology from Kalamazoo College in 2021. My training and research is currently funded by the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship and the Illinois Distinguished Fellowship.
